I've been really busy lately, and couldnt find time for new works ... with all the work i have to get done theres hardly any time for that let alone coming up with something new ....

stupid mistakes are most often the worst mistakes. Especially when you do something without thinking first, because at the time it seemed silly.
Assumtion, truly, is the mother of all fuck-ups. NEVER assume ANYTHING. Even if you see smoke don't assume there is a fire.
We all make our mistakes. Yet, however big or small your mistake, if it doesnt kill you then learn from it.
This all seems glaringly obvious, yet its surprising how people act in a real-world situation. If 1 minute was given to thing about the outcome of your words or actions, the consequences may have appeared, and a different course of action taken.

I, along with everyone else, was shocked and disgusted by the images of coalition soldiers in Iraqi prisons, torturing, urinating on, and sexually abusing Iraqi prisoners.
I am not at all surprised by the conduct of individual soldiers, but I am surprised that it was allowed not only to happen, but to be photographed in a prison with (I assume) superior officers and a chain of command.
